Rob joined the PC Housing team in 2018 as a Guest Services Supervisor and was promoted in 2020 to Guest Services Manager. Before joining the PC Housing team in 2018, he worked as a Certified Disability Advocate for Social Security Disability Benefits and managed domestic and international call centers for one of the leading Disability Advocacy companies in the nation. Rob manages a team of upbeat and amiable Guest Services Associates who provide unrivaled care for each guest while ensuring top notch service for both our clients and guests.
