• Do you require a security deposit? A security deposit will not be required, provided there is not a credit concern. Individuals renting for the 1st time will be required to complete an application, and if there is a credit concern the application may be declined or a fully refundable deposit may be required. Also, international travelers who have not stayed with PC Housing in the past may be asked to provide a fully refundable deposit for their first reservation.
• What is the payment procedure?Payment is due in advance, on a monthly basis, unless your company is approved for direct bill. For companies approved for direct bill, terms will be extended on a company by company basis.
• What form of payment does PC Housing accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept wire transfers, though they must be posted no less than 14 days prior to your move in date. Company checks are also accepted provided the company has been approved for direct bill.
• Do you accept pets?Most of the homes that we rent do accept pets, as do many of the properties we work with. Properties often have both breed and weight restrictions and may require a pet deposit, a pet fee, and/or monthly pet rent. If any of these things are required, you will know at the time the reservation is made.
• Is housekeeping provided?Housekeeping is available at an additional charge.
• Where are PC Housing apartments located?PC Housing offers fully furnished apartment homes Nationwide.
• What is included in a PC Housing apartment or home?All of our apartments are fully furnished and include linens, dishes, electronics, utilities, cable, local telephone service, and internet.
• How do I apply for employment with PC Housing?We have a careers section on out website and any positions that are currently open will be posted, along with the appropriate party to contact in regards to the open position.
